We do not offer exchanges as all products are made to order, except in cases of manufacturing defects (verified via an unboxing video sent to support@hersatchels.com along with order details).

Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery, with a nominal ₹100 return fee to cover expenses.

Order cancellation after dispatch may incur a ₹100 return handling fee to cover logistics costs.
