RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hersatchels, we take pride in creating high-quality products tailored just for you. Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, we do not offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges are only allowed in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Proof Requirement: Customers must record an unboxing video clearly showcasing the defect and share it with us at support@hersatchels.com within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify and address your concern promptly.

Returns Policy

• Request Timeline: Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Charges: A nominal ₹100 return fee will be charged to cover logistics and processing expenses.
• Condition for Return: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• To request a return, you can do so through our customer dashboard or email us at support@hersatchels.com with your order details and reason for the return.
• To request an exchange, email us at support@hersatchels.com with your order details, an unboxing video, and the reason for the exchange.
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before dispatch incur a ₹25 cancellation fee per bag to cover costs.
• After Dispatch: Order cancellations post-dispatch will incur a ₹100 return handling fee to cover logistics costs.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is received and inspected by our team.
• Returns or exchanges initiated beyond the specified timelines will not be accepted.
